At Hailos, we offer a 30-day return window for store credit.

How our No-Hassle Return Policy works:

·         Step 1 (Request): To initiate a return, please email shophailos@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to receive your return authorization.

·         Step 2 (Shipment): Once approved, your item must be received by Hailos within 30 days of your original delivery date.

·         Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

·         Refund Method: All eligible returns result in Store Credit.

·         Fees: A 5% restocking fee applies to all elective returns to help keep our boutique shipping rates low for everyone.

·         Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for elective returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 2 business days of the delivery date with a photo and your order number. In these cases, Hailos will provide a pre-paid return label and the restocking fee will be waived. Requests received after this period will follow our standard return policy.

Final Sale: The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

·         Sale or markdown items

·         Items marked Final Sale

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
